Careers
Yoshi-han seeks colleagues who would polish, together, with us.
── Who We Seek
Yoshi-han does not select people by their résumé or by the title they bear.
We ask only four things.
- That you bear the resolve to keep polishing what is within.
- That you can look numbers and reality in the face.
- That you think not in short-term gain but in long-term value.
- That you share the will not to complete this in a single generation, but to hand it on to the next.
── What We Promise
To each member of staff, Yoshi-han extends three things.
- An environment in which one may go on learning. Work that engages with substance, not fashion.
- A fairness that judges by reality, not by sentiment. Kindness, placed after the judgment.
- The experience of building, together, a vessel to hand on to the next generation.
── Current Openings
Yoshi-han does not advertise specific positions at this time.
Yet we welcome, at any time, a letter from those who resonate with what is written above.
As our businesses grow, we shape the roles together with those who join.
── How to Apply
Please write to us by email at the address below.
recruit@yoshi-han.com (provisional)
In your letter, please include:
- A self-introduction, and the path you have walked thus far.
- A passage from Yoshi-han’s philosophy that resonated with you.
- What it is, in yourself, that you wish to keep polishing.
── Selection Process
Selection at Yoshi-han is a slow process — a time in which we confirm, together, whether our intents resonate.
- First: we read the letter you have sent.
- Second: a conversation (one or several) with the president or those within.
- Third: where appropriate, a period of trial collaboration, that we may sense each other’s rhythm.
We do not rush a conclusion. A bond formed by intent is not made in haste.
If you stand at the gate of Yoshi-han,
and bear the resolve to share its intent,
I am waiting for your letter.
